TR 2 can not be installed

I've been looking forward to this CD, unfortunately the joy is clouded, as part 2 can not play, because he does not recognize the CD. If I want to start the game, I get the call, the CD that is already inserted insert. An uninstall and repeated installation that has worked until 4 times will attempt has, unfortunately, brought no remedy.
