The capsule dispenser looks exactly like the picture. Well packed, so no scratches on the glossy surfaces were. The only disadvantage is the assembly: you have between the two Plexiglas panes position 4 spacers, then the screw thread and washers (between donor and wall). Couple that's much easier.
