The article came well packaged and on time with me. But the hard drive unfortunately does not work! After I now long enough (July delivery) have been trying to install the supplied Transcent Elite Software and repeatedly failed the English text and the opening of the software, the external hard drive will be recognized more after connecting from any PC. Also referring to [...] Product Video in rapidly spoken English does not bring forth.
I'd love to the external hard drive back, but Amazon says it's now too much time has passed and a return is no longer possible: = (((((
I highly recommend this Transcend StoreJet M3 Anti-Shock 1TB external anti-shock hard drive no recommended!
