I had first ordered the pillow in size M. But that was too shallow and thus hurt my shoulder. Size L is perfect for me. I know the Sissel pillows for years. Had a "cheap copy" but tried quickly replaced by my old pillows. This pillow is nice and firm, and head and neck are wonderfully supported.
