And then I made the leap with this album and I was not disappointed. Arzak, the man with the pointed hat, stalking the anomaly on Tassili, the planet of Wergs, colonized by humans Desmezz of confederation. Meanwhile, a Desmezz vessel containing the princess and her son was attacked by the rebels Wergs. Their fates will intertwine to end up in Redmond, the transfer tower, instead of space-time passage (phew!).
It operates in a kind of zen and dreamlike Starwars. The mood sometimes reminds EP Jacobs for some characters, Druillet for others and for the superb scenery Blueberry Tassili, kind of great American west transposed in another galaxy.
The drawing is very clear line, there are no paw Gir as in the drawings of mesas or villages eerily reminiscent of the US-Mexico border. The colors are beautiful, with funds from different pages based on moods. Although a dreamlike tone, the album presents very believable characters, realistic and alive that can slide easily into this story. The horses are replaced by gazellons, a kind of giant anteaters, martens desert have a deadly bite and beautiful bird, aircraft Arzak is a kind of electronic pterodactyl, while a pleasing and colorful bestiary.
I highly recommend (it was November) this album to those like me who had not dared to rub the universe Moebius.
