Udo's masterpiece

Dröhnland Symphony (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Udo has made in the 70's a lot of good LPs. My favorite record this here is Dröhnland Symphony is simply of a piece. It starts with the classic Dröhnland Overture, then comes with oils Penguin equal to the first rock blast in which the excesses of consumer society are subject. Continuing with another rock track, descent into hell, Udo describes the stardom and the associated depth phases. Then comes with whiskey Lady, a classic for (own) alcohol addiction, how many songs Udo has made this, I do not know. At Lady Whisky but few come ran.

Good day, my name is Schmidt sets with fanfare at the fashion-goers (even a frequently occurring Udo topos) and develops a good pop song. Quiet it goes into what!? to the point, a song about homosexuality and prejudice, which were subjected to this time, homosexuals. In bed män the title already is significant enough, a table of contents is unnecessary. In Angelika's all about groupies, with whom Udo at that time was doing plenty of acquaintance. Far Side of the World is one of his most beautiful ballads and a worthy conclusion for this madness album. The bonus track, which was not available on the regular LP, comes from Waldemar Wunderbar project.
