I have the "UE Boom" for 3 days.
Battery life:
- At full Lautstäre only 2 hours, then the battery is dead (yesterday after 1.5 hours empty) !!!
- At low volume limit, or when iPhone volume control at level five (adjustable from 0 to 16), the battery level is then after 1.5 hours charged at 90%.
- Conclusion, the battery life will vary depending on volume (15 hours may therefore then only at the lowest volume level).
- A battery change is not possible. Thus, a battery exchange by replacement battery is not possible, the battery is installed. If defective, or upon reaching the end of the battery life of the entire speaker needs to be replaced (this note the warranty terms and keep account).
- The battery can be charged during use (sound transmission). (Power cord, incl. Two international adapters are attached.)
- The battery can also be charged via USB on a PC, or be put into operation. (USB cable is included.)
- The battery can also be charged via an adapter on the vehicle cigarette lighter, or be put into operation. (The corresponding adapter not included.)
Others:
- The Sound (sound) is very good, and the bass and middle.
- The speaker is extremely loud adjustable, you can then lead directly near the speaker, no entertainment (as in a discotheque), without loss of quality of sound (sound).
- You can attach the speaker on a tripod (the necessary thread is available).
- You can also send the speaker AC power Bluetooth use (without battery timeout).
- One can the speaker even without Bluetooth wired connection using existing jack socket use (jack to jack).
- Buy two UE Boom speakers, a stereo use possible (via app-menu switches to the one on the left, the other on the right), all without a cable connection via Bluetooth.
- Extra large indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging of the "UE Boom": "Made for iPod, iPhone, iPad."
