Highly suitable for gaming have Farcry3, CS: GO and many other titles tested everything without problems no streaks.
Whether the dock someone actually uses I doubt it, but it does not interfere with a pinch, you can very well keep paper clips in the small recess.
The only cons for me: There is no DVI cable sent with only a VDA. But I prefer no star from full 5 points!
