I am Linux user and fan and from small and lightweight devices. I had an old 10-inch Asus Chromebook installed with Ubuntu, its battery was getting weak, wanted to try a touch screen with Win8, and I've bought the flex 10. Under Win8 the small memory and processor is unfortunately almost completely busy even without applications. With some effort (UEFI) I then installed Lubuntu. This is fast and efficient, and works on the Flex 10 very neat - all applications (multimedia, ...) are quickly and well, without utilization applications usually the display is a little small for the resolution, the device softly, the keyboard well. The touchpad is mechanically mediocre and quite small, and the battery life for the weight very moderate. Deb Tozcchscreen I use less frequently than imagined, it is well to me dirty :). Overall, I would have bought a better updates Chromebook, but can live with the Flex also.
