Unfortunately, the game is by no means friendly to beginners, especially I mean that beginners not be inserted into the rules of the game, even in the terminology etc. so I'm counting definitely beginners, I've never actually seen hockey on television and never a game of played - I so am not familiar with the rules and so on.
Then you will be simply thrown into the deep end in NHL: Grinder, Deke, Drafts, GM (Never gonna explain?), Etc., etc. - Since then helps only Google, but that's not the whole point of the game. Although there are many tutorials, but also in career mode abbreviations are never explained what is extremely annoying - unfortunately. For all the skills of the players are displayed only with abbreviations (DEV, GRN, PVA or whatever all like loud!).
Through ignorance of the regulations a undermined then continuously match error, one is never explained, at what point it out here actually offside are (at least not like in football;)), it does not explain when there Bullys (but at least how to this carries), then not every technique is explained, which can be applied.
In Be a Pro mode, you will be actually treated as a beginner like me just unfair - the reviews are always bottom drawer, and you get the feeling that negative actions give much more decisive than positive - also you will pay a penalty when a goal is scored, while you are in the field - huh? Because one is not necessarily involved tuned ... Once you've spanks a passport, you will be equally criticized the fact that the passes do not arrive, that goes at the expense of Team Plays (which anyway is to uphold incredibly hard, even though I still so many good passes Games - which is difficult because you will be so changed every 2 minutes) ... and then they want to see in the first game of a 70 EP (done I have maybe 15 - na super, huge motivation and on the 2! . difficulty).
In normal play mode or career mode, the opponents are too heavy for me for example, I was said not properly inserted into the control. I can not place my team properly, because the "chemistry" of the Games to one another is explained poorly - you have to behave suddenly as if you were playing NHL since 1995 or so - which is rather not so! Then just get all these abbreviations, which are important for the chemical, ... I never learn which players can work well together with what that game type complements, ... and the entire card system has almost kill me! A tangled mess of data, .. also terms like victory for "OT" (Overtime) is not explained, nor that there are several ups etc. etc. etc. etc.
So in short: Simple Beginners unfriendly ... Sorry! Nevertheless, a lot of fun with friends who also do not understand much of it or just for in between!
