Unfortunately, two fatal errors

Having carefully read the reviews me a few weeks ago, I decided to buy me the Intenso hard drive. I thought so bad it will surely not be.
My first problem was the poor contact in the USB connector, which has already been mentioned several times. This can be but still alive. Nothing came namely yet another - already called - problem: My hard drive is no longer displayed! The PC indicates that a hardware has been connected, the green light also lights up, but the hard drive does not appear. Bummer! Something I find then but really weak, which I usually was but a fan of Intenso, but there is no external hard drives without error according reviews at the moment.
Now I'll let's see if the problem can be controlled as described ...
