The Smart Volume requires Android 4.4 and works with my LG G3 properly. Lifelog (as the software is called) is good but definitely still beta from the idea of expanding her. The device itself is unobtrusive and the simplest thing there is currently on the market, all other devices are much more noticeable.
The facility proceeds without problems, however, the connection is not always stable. I lose about 2-3 times a day to connect to the G3, however, is not so bad because the tape so still will track and you can reconnect by pressing a button on the tape.
The software provides tracking of all kinds of things where nothing seem to work properly, however, I know that even the best (Fitbit Flex and Jawbone) is not much better. So unfortunately movements are often (write on the PC) identified as steps, the car we drive sometimes not correctly recognized sometimes. Listening activities such as music or listen to audio books are cited in Lifelog always less than 1 minute.
The software therefore has no potential, but unless you primarily the sleep tracking and the pedometer will, it works pretty well and va also nicjt bad as others.
A very big plus there are for the vibration functionality. This has otherwise namely nobody (apart from Smart Watches).
The tape gives the vibrations of your smartphone again!
This feature is so incredibly good that I do not want to miss! My phone is always set to vibration, but over hear (or feel about) I often. Especially when running, walking, or if you are there in the other room. The band that belongs to the past.
Also works well to control the media player by typing. This works fine in the rest even with Audible.
The vibrations and media controls I use around the clock and alone so I would buy me the tape already.
So who will expect no miracles to be pleasantly surprised by the device.
