A manufacturing problem prevents me from mount this scooter.
Indeed the two handlebar holes do not correspond with the holes of the bracket.
Additionally the carton appears damaged and closed with tape. Disappointed by Amazon!

Result: a birthday gift missed.
I hope to be repaid.
