unreliable supplier

Have the Bautrockner purchased directly from the manufacturer because the device he allegedly had in stock as the only provider and I needed it in a hurry brand. Thus began a lengthy drama.
1. The device was despite advertising in amazon not available, I should be consoled - only after several phone calls device was me another, higher quality promised.
2. had made by telephone and in writing to change the delivery address, as the unit of mine was with his not to carry over 40kg at the destination. Despite the firm commitment. Trotec it was delivered wrong.
Discovered 3.When Unpacking Transport damage - bent axis, warped housing. Trotec has the device yet only 2 weeks changed as the collection of the primary FR HAT folded instead make the exchange immediately. Impudence - in the meantime I had other equipment for rent at the time to bridge
4. Also, the second unit had broken a Transportschaden- wheel - that I got forwarded to a further 7 days in goodwill.
Conclusion: Stay away from Trotec !!! Worse Laden, poor transport packaging - unfair advertising
