Ups ... Monday Model .. ???

So now it's happened: in search of a new stainless steel kettle I stood behind two models.
What can I say, the decision was made (also due to the existing reviews) on the here now rated Philips device ...

Hm To make a long story short. Optically very nice, Henkel offers a tacky feel and fits comfortably in your hand, the button is involved to cover open and water well positioned and works without problems. The Wasserausgießer is top, the water where it lands back to.

Now comes the big BUT: we need to send back the device after about 10 days, as it is every second or third time not ausschaltete by itself in boiling water. Our kitchen was an evening entirely "under steam" and I thought I'm in the sauna ... I had read this before in the reviews here - apparently comes the most times before, in this model (but of course also with other) ,

Anyway, we complained about the kettle at amazon, get immediately a new sent and then without problems our "steam engine"; ) At Amazon sent back. And what can I say, this seems to work wonderfully and is just great. Actually worth 5 stars, but by the first attempt we will give only four. Despite all this, a buy recommendation!

ADDENDUM 2010 !!!! Meanwhile, we have arrived in August 2010 - the kettle works despite
multiple, daily use properly, still looks great and I would take him any time
buy again!
