Hello to all and to all.

I recently purchased this watch. Everything goes well except that I can not seem to connect to my computer, I searched all over the internet but no solution, and the watch does not serve me much if I can not connect to a to see my content.

As soon as I connect my computer gives me a message in the taskbar "Unrecognized USB Device" and when I click on it puts me "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)."

I would be most grateful bring me help.
