Useless as a media player

The device could not handle DVD data (No menu, no sound, jerking when playing)
The playback of DivX files certified prohibited or restricted was possible. (Films started some not at all, or were terminated in the middle of playback prematurely. Sound was partly offset in time, rendered with echo or too quiet.
From a certain number of files, the device needs an hour or more to read this. Displayed after only a small part of folders / files (eight) in a completely different scale than on the PC structure.
AVI files to layouts on different codecs were not recognized.
Playback of MP3 files with a few exceptions was possible.
We have possibilities tested without an improvement to achieve all setup.
The device is to use, at best, as an external hard drive enclosure, but of course it is too expensive.
