In the last 3 months I have had mishaps with my Kindle 2: the first time during a trip I found that my Kindle was not working - half the screen unreadable. I call the insurer SquareTrade Sunday and nice strong lady sent me a replacement within 48 hours. The last week Thursday, I came with the Kindle in my pocket, and again it stopped working. Outstanding SquareTrade call Thursday night, and the man, just as enjoyable as his colleague, promised me a replacement for Tuesday. A surprise it happens this morning, Monday.
