Very disappointed by service

Trampoline bought it a year ago, the children benefit regularly.
At first, very happy with this but after a summer and a winter outside ,, up the safety net tore at each post, yet but child does not drain or does not suspend the net. As it is still largely in the warranty period I contacted the SAV Ultrasport and after 2 and 3 calls mails (first mall in April), I have had no response. Don c priori guarantee is not respected at all. He sold it in spare part (35) but after only one year I did not have to change parts, it increases the price of the trampoline, particularly whether to change the net every year ...
Finally disappointed with this purchase and I especially feel like I actually have that guarantee is not met.
