As a knitter and knitwear designer I need to get moving. No time for the gym and I am not a fan aerobic year. The kettlebell is fantastic and offers a great ranks of exercise options in the comfort of your home When You-have time. I love the design. It's user friendly. I thought might be too light 2kgs goal, if you are starting out and like me-have not done anything for a long time, it's just fine. I would order the next weight up from this company.
