I bought this chair, because my father has the same and if I was sitting on this, was absolutely thrilled. So I ordered it to me for one, I think, here really good price. When I had built him up and sat down on it, I noticed that the chair does not tilt to an extent to the rear, as I had with my father remembered. Then I called directly at Topstar and inquired how this could be. People there told me at the recent series of this chair you have installed a blockade in the tilting mechanism that prevents that one can as far back paddles as in the elderly, since it came in the security check to the result after testing, you would with "open" mechanism and the resulting shifted focus easier to tip over (which in my eyes is total bullshit). They then offered me to exchange my mechanics to open. I agreed. Topstar has a free sent me and now am happy. But as I said, with the blocked mechanics I could not keep the chair.
Otherwise, in the chair agrees almost everything. Very comfortable seat and back cushions. Optically very chic.
