Advance the actual assessment:
PRO
> Very good screen, matte, very bright, very good to work, both inside and out
> Keyboard very well for productive writing, key position well and easy getting used to (Ins Del etc.)
> Performance good (WIN 7 rating = 4.9 graphics performance)
> Many service doors (maintenance, repair, upgrades should not be an issue)
> Sufficient performance for office and Web
> Made in Germany> creates jobs in Germany sustainable (battery, power adapter made in China ...)
> 2 buttons (left + right) of the touchpad
NEUTRAL
> Good plastic housing in black matt (footprints barely perceptible)
But> resolution borderline was known before ordering, so neutral
> Battery about 3-5 hours, not yet tested exactly but acceptable for this price range
> Good touchpad works flawlessly and makes no funny business
> Very good logical connections
> Toshiba HDD 5400 U / min
> Windows 7 runs smoothly and very good as it was supposed to be
> Very good contact with the service at Fujitsu Germany
NEGATIVE
> Scroll function of the touchpad needs getting used to and not liquid - Fujitsu should think times to integrate an acceptable mechanical function in the touchpad here

For me, working with the notebook, more or less. Browsing Office, Corel Draw, HTML and Internet and work.
My predecessor was a 1100 - Samsung from 2009 Acer Extensa 5635ZG 399, -, Asus i7 999, - and more.
The service from Samsung, Acer and Asus Experience has shown bad. Everyone is looking for excuses and is not an error.
The quality was the best to date, always with Acer. Asus is the hardware very well, but there are always technical problems working in the productive work is hampered, according to the motto "Design is going on ...".
Samsung is for me an absolute no-go ... Shortly after delivery falls out a key for no reason and bekommmt what you heard that the repair will cost something and so on. Also on the hardware, it is not a hit.
The Fujitsu is my first. According to the description not a high flyer but for 299, - without an operating system a bargain.
Ordered it with Win 7, I unfortunately have to change from XP. WIN8 I do not want to wait and rather just to WIN10.
Incidentally, the WIN7 runs on this Fujitsu very fluid without mosquitoes and twitching what hitherto always prevented me from Win7.
But that's a topic for itself ...
Because of the scroll function I have contacted the service of Fujitsu by email.
Quick response from Germany, directly from Fujitsu. No call center service externally or even from India or something.
Genuine Service.
The answer came quickly within 24 hours. I then read out and the report emailed back.
Answer came back within 24 hours, but by the same service employee who sent the first email, so personal service> TOP 1A +, something like that, there are now very rare.
The problem with the scroll function could be improved, but is still not working perfectly.
Fujitsu is a Japanese company that produces here in Germany at Augsburg and other locations.
The battery and power supply are from China ...
The board and other hardware itself Fujitsu produced here in Germany.
The notebook is made in Germany.
If the long-term quality is similar to the good old German quality and the notebook holds more than 3-5 years, I am satisfied.
In 5 years it will be obsolete anyway, but as a 2nd or 3rd laptop you can keep it anyway, and not everything has to be in the dustbin. One should even think of the environment, whether electronic or clothing.
And because Made in Germany, give it to say that this is not just an argument for quality and safety, but also for sustainability. This creates jobs and those who earn money can also do something ...
In China, there are now 3 million Milliönäre, whether producers, farmers or traders and the Chinese government says, for example, to German car manufacturers "who wants to sell in China, has also in China produce", this should take in Europe to the heart, there are issues such as child poverty, unemployment and pension poverty soon no longer an issue ...
The notebook and Fujitsu earn 4.5 points, rounded up 5 points.
Top performance and top setting.
Amazon as always not an issue. 100% of 100%.
