Very good PC, SAV to flee!

This is a very good pc with a good quality / spec / price.
The positives are:
- Touchpad excellent, the mouse becomes totally useless.
- Chassie as aluminum, which does not mark too fingerprints (significant improvement over the first-generation N75VZ)
- Its very good with the external subwoofer to a laptop.
- Nice keyboard for writing and games with backlight (it is not a gimmick, it's really useful)
- Silencers for office use, but is heard with the games but this is normal because it must turn to cool the GPU.
The Bad:
- Hard slow HDD (I recommend buying a SSD, and there, that's what it's good)
- No CD / DVD restoration and 20GB partition is no longer detected by BIOS UEFI after making updates to Windows 8.1.
- Totally ineffective service, I returned 5 times in the PC repair center and limited themselves to do a re-install OEM win8.1, which like the guess has never solved the problem ...

This note is this for service and not the PC that it is very good, but either you come across a flawless machine and this is the bingo, you either spend the ordeal with the VAS ASUS, and yet we must live it to really understand how the service is void, it is limited to follow procedure as lambs and nobody will be able to repair your computer, since it must follow the procedure. Ahhhhhh help!
