The earphone is very well made and fits therefore optically well in its price class. Metal and plastic look solid and not cheap. The cable is sent back admitted to headphones in a very flexible envelope that has to mean that both stable and flexible maintenance is given. Cable breaks are thus unlikely. The transition of this holder to the housing is fluid, so you always have the feeling that the listener sitting with flexible mount perfectly, no matter how the cable runs along the body.
The plugs for the inner ear are very well thought out: In the "supersonic corridor" they have hardened, outside but soft. This has felt the best compromise between comfort and the transfer of sound waves. SHE 9800 is distinguished by its special design. As a hybrid between regular handset and ear he intended to give both support and sound volume. Because the YP-P3 offers neat storage, was here with MP3 (320kbit / s) tested with WMA (lossless) formats. Here, the 9800 stands well represents the difference between compressed and losslessly transmitted pieces of music so it is recommended for sound lovers (do not just want to spend more money on the listener as for the player) in any case, to hear WMA files where possible (eg.: CD copy via Media Player Converter).
A possible negative point is the sound insulation to the outside and inwards. The listeners do not act as earplugs, taking the environment at gringer volume marginally true. But this is to be considered subjective and therefore not influenced the rating. Even at high levels can listen on the train sitting next. However, one must not turn up vastly different in presence. The threshold for perceiving the listener from outside is acceptable highly settled.
Conclusion:
For his money the SHE9800 is an investment you will not regret. Who does not fit the plug, let him use the return function of Amazon but please, rather than complain. In "reviews" are not pimped usually also too tight underpants.
Sonically captivates the listener with high precision, deep bass, round warm mid-tones and a good high-frequency range. An agreement with the player using equalizer but is always recommended.
Personal Opinion:
Unfortunately, I had the honor to have already buy many headphones and can therefore rely on a certain experience. I have so far heard anything better. For the price, I think the benefits, both phonetically and in the maintenance and the optical appearance of the series more than adequate. I would buy it again.
