Very good remix album of Depeche Mode tribute

While has been written elsewhere about the successful selection of songs of the former tribute album and discussed, I would like to address in more detail here on the individual remixes. Overall, one or the other track achieves more depth and variety of sounds as yet the original (Cover) versions of "Color Theory presents Depeche Mode".

So I especially like the two mixes of "Here Is The House" or Hajas Mix of "Sweetest Perfection". The absolute highlight is in my view the Raph version of "Ponytail Girl". This song was then acted as a Depeche Mode track demo of Exciter era, is in the original but of Color Theory and was released on the 2001 release ends album "Life's Fairytale". The French Depeche Mode Fan Raphael Massé has "perfected" with his remix the song from my point of view - an ingenious symbiosis of Color Theory with Depeche Mode lastigem sound! OF out tip par excellence ...

Two other recommendations are "Leave In Silence - Royal Visionaries Mix" and the Tagiroff mix of "Sister Of Night". The latter gives the song with his guitar riff and Upbeattempo a completely new direction.
Only "But Not Tonight" like much better than the two remixes included here on the tribute album from 2003. On the cover of the original Brian Hazard these come on not rudimentary.
Among the weaker songs on this remix album I consider personally especially the chiptune mix of "I Am You" (unfortunately, too-heavy game consoles).

In summary, a very successful "remake" with interesting, worth listening to Remixes of Color Theory presents Depeche Mode Tribute Album. Highly recommended for all fans of Depeche Mode & Color Theory ...
