If someone does not get along with the optical TAN procedure, which should consider the following
1. The reading is only possible if the TAN "IMAGE", which can be read, really is on the label of the reader, otherwise you have to up its resolution higher or even lower set or the image in the browser with + / - Enlarge or out.
2. Brightness: The decisive factor is the brightness for reading. On my laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad U310) it reads only from when my screen brightness min. 90%, otherwise nothing's happening.
Those who observe these 2 points, should actually have no problems.
