This kettle is really pretty and nice quality. Interior ceramics (greener than plastic). Therefore it is heavier than an ordinary kettle. I thought its size would minimize the problem, but I still hurt (I must say that I have pain in the arms and shoulders). I therefore limit by reducing the amount of water to be heated (just one cup). Unlike a plastic kettle, the outside is very hot when it is boiled water, so be careful not to burn but it is a matter of habit. The cover rubs a little opening, I hope he does not become damaged. Otherwise, it is guaranteed for 5 years. I do not regret this purchase because it is very pretty and takes up little space on the worktop.
