Very good nutritional composition, can only be recommended, especially for gluten allergy. Packaging is also high. The only drawback is the consistency of the resulting dough, which is usually very tender (eg for bread, pancakes, etc.), so I always mix the flour with other flour mixes, so that the dough is less brittle. Value for money is good.
