It is a book quite unusual and I took time to dare take action and make my first cheese. Since then, I reiterate regularly! It takes a little equipment and adequate milk, but nothing complicated or expensive (on the contrary, we quickly made savings!). After a first informative part on techniques, the book offers recipes for cow's milk or goat's milk. Some recipes are sweet (eg cow's curd with vanilla), other savory (cheese strainers, mascarpone cheese, kefir ...). It is a book very well done and relatively simple first. With it, it is no longer looking at the cheese in the same way.
