Let us begin unpacking: instead of everything else ready and "batteries included", the taut buyer holds a glad designed cardboard box in his hands, in a lot of small items to unpack, break, and a relatively thick manual, with construction and usage instructions, plus Sample photos.
The assembly is a great experience and it allows one to get to know every screw and every spring the camera very personal. You just know in the end how the thing works, and it has even put together: a bit of Lego, a little DIY. Moreover, I have no fine mechanics training and not very steady hands, but with the included screwdriver and a precision mechanic (not supplied) tweezers running's super. Incidentally, I recommend WD40 for the light chamber that stuck with me a little when triggered. The chamber is incidentally the only pre-assembled part in a box, but even for them there is the manual a detailed and illustrated assembly instructions, as well as everything else. And a few more screws and springs are also in, should something be lost or baggy.
To end one keeps it in his hand: entirely of plastic, but somehow not cheap effect, perhaps because of their own adornments. By this two wheel for fast forward and rewind, a picture counter, with whom I had to experiment a bit in order to understand him; the "viewfinder" which magically projected the image of the lens on a small ground glass. A trigger to allow a switch to manual exposure times, and that's about it.
No aperture settings, no exposure times. To the ambient brightness really have to adjust by the right choice of the film - if you want perfect pictures, so it should be better access to this model. Otherwise, my camera makes taking pictures with a difference and one with its own magic with: the light box with the image in it, the contortions that sometimes you have to make to accommodate from the correct position and still be able to see what you record, the week passes until we know whether the images have become something - and all in this small, self-built and decorated plastic box.
A really great thing for only 35 EUR - and I'm very excited about the first images.
