- Aesthetic question: design, taste--Certainly case, seems to me very successful; the horizontal installation baskets also seems more practical and stylish than their pyramid superimposed.

- Manufacturing question: unquestionably very neat and well finished, and that both the fairing, the baskets that the various accessories (containers) provided.

- Operating-design question, the steamer has 3 steam vents that can be controlled independently. The pre-programming of various baskets depending on their content lets adjust according besoin.Il is not necessary to use all the baskets. So is it possible for small quantities from being limited to big basket at the back or the one on the front that includes a removable partition, or half of the basket. Supplied accessories facilitate loading baskets.
The baskets are based on a compartmentalized basis it: thus the flows of different baskets do not mix; it does not flow into the water tank, which is a guarantee of cleanliness.
In case of partial use simply clean the basket which was used, unlike the steamer from another brand.
The baskets can be cumbersome (there must be room on the sink) are easy to maintain and are dishwasher-safe.

As for me I find it very functional and great flexibility.

Some critics:
- No switch, where d need for an easily accessible power outlet.
- Congestion baskets
- No cookbook; 7 recipes are available with manual, which is very little.

Device certainly expensive, but the price seems justified.

That said Amazon France is very expensive; I always buy on the German equivalent and have thus paid € 96.98. Generally Amazon Germany is 15 to 30% cheaper, but not shipping in France (not to compete) it must have an address in Germany. Nothing explains the rest the colossal differences. Amazon France which I expressed my surprise could only say that each network had its own suppliers. Is the purchasing department of Amazon France to the point incompetent ?????
Another observation at the German speaking: the Germans are very fond of expressing their views and experiences, and, most often, so well-argued; it may have interest in going there on the German site to make a more complete view.

For me the criticism is not critical where me, regarding me, for the maximum of stars
