I have the SX 240 HS only a few weeks and have now made about 200 pictures with it. Indoor as Outdour I had until now only flawless images. I was so recently in a Via Ferrata, since one can work with the prima super zoom. I could see no real problem except for the shutter lag between two images. So one hundred percent compatible snapshot is not. But that was not my request, in the mountain a little more objects run away. The comrades stop when you ask them and the mountains and the panorama also move only in circulation. When fully extended zoom of the camera should be the time to focus simply, there is also here flawless images. Of course, would also be here studying the instructions for use of advantage because its predecessor there are small changes. For example, the Live mode, which actually also the most self-controlled but still beautiful lifelike images gets back. Who photographed much inside should perhaps try out the P mode to correct the sometimes excessively high ISO settings. And yet I have to say for the price and what the camera all you can but must properly engage deeper into their pockets at Best. For normal amateur photographers who values a decent image quality and a superzoom want is here with well serviced. Many compare apples and oranges here unfortunately and my SLR cameras with a compact Megazoom camera having to compare. The shot goes always backfires because the price and the technical features (processor and chip) and significantly stronger light lenses can not be compared. This is mentioned again and again in all the major test magazines. So if you want a camera that fits in your pocket and want to try a bit, combined with plenty of zoom and a regular automatic mode can here safely access.
