I ordered this product for a Raspberry Pi and recognition of the keyboard was immediate.
This keyboard and thus for occasional use because even if its design is very good it can not replace the comfort of a large keyboard.

However, to deliver presentations, perform some operations on a machine or control a multimedia machine is perfect.

I also successfully tested on mac. Really well thought product and I recommend.

Independence I have not enough experience but the switch is a very good idea.
