The wooden parts are well made and it's because even after repeated playing nothing to break. That the woods eventually no longer look like new is indeed simply clear at an outdoor game.
For those who do not know it: Viking chess one can imagine a bit like a mixture of board game and boules. Just as Brett a lawn is required.
This probably comes the biggest limitation of the game:
you need a relatively large Rasenfläch. For the pitch itself min. 6x3 meters, less does not make sense. Then there is the further that one behind the baseline at least 2 meters in order for the bad thrown woods not land in any discs.
One should also remember that the wood can ever leave small holes in the lawn. So who wants English Golf lawn in the garden, that would probably interfere.
The fun factor is this enormous. In my opinion, the best outdoor party game!
