(Contains Injustice: Gods Among Us # 7-12 and Injustice: Gods Among Us Annual # 1)
In a mad dash away passenger BE, the Joker has manipulated Superman that he accidentally kills his sweet and lovely Lois. From this tragic moment, the brain Superman has reset, something broke and in response to acts of the Joker? he decided simply to kill him! From there, it will be the response of Superman and those that follow deal with villains. But not only that, it will be the new guideline of the League against the tyrants, murderers, guilty datrocités States! Murder is no longer a taboo! Doomsday, such as bearing the brunt of this new Superman!
Faced with these reprehensible and unacceptable actions Superman, Wonder Woman and other superheroes, clearly taking for gods, it could not be else superhero Batman, more human than what other nimporte to get through the road to this new patient despot. It is surrounded by other heroes like Black Canary, Green Arrow or Batwoman. But on paper, the team of Batman pales face the superhuman Superman. And when Damian turned his back on his father and kills accidentally Nightwing, we say that this will be a real butcher!
But this is not counting on the spirit and tactics of twisted Batman. It is one of the most intelligent DC characters, and even the arrival of Lex Luthor alongside his "friend" Superman does not counterbalance the advantage brain Batman. And he'll have to Batman, to show courage and much more for sopposer acts of Superman.
The latter will only continue to go deeper into his new vision of justice. Unfortunately for Batman and his allies, this is done at dune alien invasion, so that the people will not take long to cheer his favorite Kryptonian. So that they are themselves victims of his tyranny. Clearly, Tom Taylor is doing everything to encourage us to support Batman. And it would be surprising den be otherwise, as acts of Superman can not be justified! And lon remark that despite the popular support, sporadically, some humans doubt him, do not recognize. First her parents, but also danciens "fans".
And while Batman and Superman go blow for blow, Harley Quinn came face to face with Lobo in, probably, the best chapter of the tome.
And surprisingly it best chapter is almost without Batman and Superman without. This volume is difficult, very difficult. It is a violent and aggressive play, even oppressive. We find it hard to support, always firmly Batman decisions. So quen same time we have trouble understanding why he refuses to fight when the face-to-face is emerging.
But more than the choice of Batman, Superman are problematic, it goes too far, Tom Taylor goes too far. Superman becomes a detestable character, and personally, such a vision of the execrable hero of the impact on these other securities. Through Injustice, one realizes how Superman is a dangerous character. Phenomenal powers mixed with human weakness instilled by his parents' land. Other heroes fall under the blows of Superman and his friends. While some are skeptical, including Flash in a great series of games déchec, others seem to take an impossible walk in all this, Wonder Woman in mind. Superman It makes me feel comfortable.
And in the end, these are "secondary" characters like Harley Quinn (tasty and completely delusional) or couple (touching) Black Canary / Green Arrow who minterpellent most midst of this disastrous chaos.
Graphically, when the first volume was rather "inconvenient" in his play because of the multitude of designers, of different levels, it is even worse with this second volume. Always two to three artists by chapters, in styles that have nothing to do. It happens to have a Harley Quinn with several different looks in one scene! Few good designers, many bad, with a string of hideous faces!
Anyway, I'm not as excited after this second volume. Tom Taylor offers us something different, it's still enjoyable to read, but I find that by the time this goes too far. It's hard to say at times that support lon Batman and Superman really bad starts to ease. A strong volume, but not always justified there to create buzz. In this, fortunately designers are not up to par and not transcribe this violence.
