This system is used to overcome the current impossibility of being connected to the cable.
In Belgium, this system allows to have 3 national channels and Euronews and ... that's it! So it is a bit tight but better than nothing!
The antenna must be outside window open ... and thus that there will be in the winter? As a tenant, we can not pierce the wall ...
