The clip is really convenient for the "in-between-times-weghängen" the GPS device. The build quality is ok, my first clip was rundgescheuert after 1,5 years, so that the device no longer held off and I bought a new one. But since I have the part in continuous use, I think that's okay. The price, however, is pure money making. After all, only plastic and metal on it and for 12 euros is already really a robber baron Price!
