The first keyboard behaved normally.

The second no longer supported some shortcuts, eg the important games for W + Shift + Space

The key combination is no longer possible in the current version of the Illuminated keyboards. This is set at the factory because this key combination is usually meant for gaming and not for normal home use. Therefore, we have also not possible solution for you.
