ATTENTION: Depending on the processor generation (though in the right socket), the motherboard does not boot ... it would have a more recent processor to update the BIOS and reset the power of previous generation processor and boot it.
The problem must be set to the latest releases so this should not be a problem in 2015.

Otherwise the Asus motherboard is good.
