The Winkekatze was destroyed with me, because she is shown riding totally cheap. Unfortunately, I have the Winkekatze unpacked not equal but wrapped in gift paper for my husband birthday -a month later. When he unwrapped his gift on his birthday the golden Winkekatze was splintered into thousands of items although this was well wrapped. On your return costs of 6.90 I sent the damaged Winkekatze back. Four weeks later -and requests and e-mails from me to the EVENTS HAAC- I finally got my Winkekatze. Also restores damaged ...
I have again written an email to HAAC and the thought that every single Winkekatze is tested before shipping. It can not be that is already broken the Winkekatze and I should send it again at his own cost which nowadays is no longer common for Internet purchases, especially not if you get totally damaged merchandise and wait so long for his already paid goods mussste.
The e-mail contact, I would have to save also because it always came the same mail with the same rates and I was still stupid for selling me to insert the battery properly please!?!?!
Total rude and unacceptable to a customer to write so outrageous.
I feel so ripped off by the company and sold for stupid, so here the long Rezesion and my frustration and anger.

After much back and forth with the company HAAC I have decided for me the damaged Winkekatze easy to throw in the trash because there was no alternative to my problem.
Is this cheaper to schmeisen in the garbage and protects especially the nerves. Cheap processing and the battery compartment is much too small. I will never buy anything again from the company HAAC or recommend it!
