The meter shows the way for days 20 mmHg more than with me to practice.
Conclusion: Good diet and nutritional supplementation in order to feel good. But sphygmomanometer and responsible handling are mandatory.

I am trying here to regularly evaluate the products from my personal experience. And if anyone here thinks that the blood pressure does not matter, I think that no responsible use of nutritional supplements.
