I bought the game spontaneously, not knowing what has for a vote to get it and how others see it. Only a screen shot I got to face. I was blown away by the graphics of the game ... but when I started the game, first Disillusionment was: The image is razor sharp nich, because it is granular and snow.. "Bad Company" uses the film effect "grainy" ... and that is why each screen shot that you see, a true lie.
Fortunately, I have seen over it and I'm glad about it: The single-player campaign is just great. The story and the setting is almost identical to that of "Three Kings". So the humor is not too short. But what has really pleased me, the gameplay itself is: The levels are freely accessible and explorable. You can choose your own way you, drive cars, use any weapon you want, tackle each mission as you want it. Therefore, the replay value is very high. The weapon sets and equipment are realistic here: You each carries a gun and a pistol to (there are other sets). The controls are well resolved, the shoulder buttons are similar as evidenced in Bioshock (left healing syringe and tools, the right weapon switching). Your character moves like a soldier and rushes. The gun moves accordingly realistic and gunshots echo indoors. Vehicles steer with the left shoulder buttons (LT for gas, LB for brake / reverse drive). That's a bit odd, but not too bad. The Ducking annoys me personally a bit. Your ducks you with the right stick click. ONLY in "Bad Company" that is. I begreif not. If the control of shooters would be the same everywhere, the familiarization would more easily or would completely disappear. But the nagging annoying you surely already, I Listen to ... or not, a point yet: The pop-ups. Sure, the foresight convinced fully, but if you're a fanatical sniper's like my buddy, it excites an already that suddenly a car is in front of the goal, where one has approached just one step ... that's really stupid ...
The destructible environment can also spend hours. It makes a lot of fun to cut down trees and to listen to the sayings of my colleagues. After pummeling your opponents just the cover off, makes her walls dust clouds! Super Engine. Drawback: The houses never go completely broken and you can not open on human way doors ... but who wants that xD
In Single Player "Bad Company" is already great, but in multiplayer it is ABOUT HAMMER! Since the huge maps and the mode is simple and super thoughtful (attacker and defender), has for a long time a lot of fun. Squats you together with friends in a helicopter and shoot the enemies to a pulp! Or lurking behind a bush and provides you exciting fights with the enemy snipers! The opportunities and experiences are endless.
Conclusion: A very good, time-consuming multiplayer shooter, which has almost no defects. In COD4 follow his squad and will have to do what the game says. Here it's the other way around! Who Call Of Duty, also needs "Bad Company"! 90% fun of me!
