I was happy for years with products from Jabra, now it should be Storm what replaced my old one. For a headset was Jabra with the information, I thought a great choice. The unit arrived, I was convinced of the processing, but now had to call this headset once. Since I had a question to the support of Jabra I took my fully loaded Storm and phoned Jabra. My question to Jabra was actually the software that should make the device in German .... none ... this is only for the Stealth. But the absolute surprise was that the support staff repeatedly told me I would listen to me very badly, like I was calling with my phone on speaker and be far away. When I told the staff that I use the Jabra Storm, he excused himself and said that would probably be due to his leadership. Now the poor call quality was confirmed to me in all my calls to the Storm ..... so we went back. Who needs a headset only for listening to audiobooks that makes nothing wrong here. But the phone .... the Storm is as good as not.
