what to do with my rice?

I was looking for a book to succeed as fried noodles chinois.Ce the restaurant is not what I found with this book but I have not been disappointed so far! I discovered new way to the LILO rice and make small Chinese dishes with little or almost ingrédients.Tout be found in supermarkets and for the rest, follow the advice of the author: subscribe on asiamarché!
this book is especially inspiring because following the example of the recipes and by equipping soy sauce, one can invent its fried rice with what is left in the fridge.
