The Black Book of Right (Paperback)

Customer Review

A very colorful description of the right of the late 1990s in full commotion because of the failed dissolution in 1997 (with the coming to power of Lionel Jospin).
You have to read the description of Nicolas Sarkozy. It has not changed much since.
In retrospect (2009) we realize that Eric Zemmour was too negative since in fact the 'right' has returned to power in 2002 and 2007.

Many characters are described here since disappeared such as Charles Millon and Alain Madelin and to a lesser extent Philippe Seguin.
Eric Zemmour written with verve, a powerful and lively style embellished with numerous citations, we took her story.
A good read though since the book took on age.
