What was important to me: I have both a lactose and fructose intolerance a and therefore it was not easy to find a suitable Whey for me. (The whole vegan protein powder unfortunately do not go, because as often soy is included, which unfortunately does not work with fructose intolerant In addition, I personally anything anyway from soy -. But that's another topic)
The non-ISO Whey however is the first one that I can tolerate without any problem. (The two other varieties I have not tested). I must say that it is precisely at a fructose sugar substitutes (such as xylitol for example) reinforce the fructose intolerance, since they significantly can decrease the residual sugar tolerance. Although sweeteners are not a problem, but just to be sure my neutral variant was then the dearest.
Taste it tastes just after "Nothing with natural flavor", but I have to honestly say: What more could you otherwise expect from? Therefore, this statement is not meant negatively. That would be as if one complains that water to "nothing" tastes. ;-) Pur can drink the powder with water, therefore completely. Lactose-free milk to go of course.
And if I ever feel like something special had, I simply mix something Stevia drops add flavor with.
I can only say: 1 A and I'm really happy to have finally found something that goes even for lactose & Fructoseintolerante.
