Whoever adheres to the dosage of 60ml 2x a day and suffering from fructose intolerance, will notice after about 2 weeks that he can now take more food to be as before. Onions, garlic, tomatoes and Co. in normal amounts not take care of too severe discomfort. Even the odd cocktail with fruit juices is allowed again.
The included book is interesting, but you do not need it and can save the cost.
