Whiter teeth in 30 minutes

I bought the Onuge Whitestrips on the recommendation of a friend, since I've caused by my above-average coffee consumption, unfortunately somewhat darker teeth.
The application was a little difficult at first, but with a little practice it was always easier. My tip: The teeth before a little wipe, then the strips adhere better.
The exposure time is 30 minutes, which I think is totally okay. One can thus not necessarily speak, but I used the time to during which, for example to blow-dry my hair, putting on makeup or me to watch an episode of any series.
