This album deserves 5 stars because beauty sign the great return on the scene of a mythical group. For years (come on, mid-80 mid 90), Manowar made the press laugh with his heavy hand backlog, at a time when it was fashionable to wrinkle the forehead with Nirvana or follow an air concerned the developments Metallica (we like those groups). And then the metal revival happens. And then there is always Manowar, assisted by John Kalodner (John Kaldoner). And this record is the synthesis of their trade, with all the good things and all the defects of the group. After Triumph of Steel a bit long, are again the eagle De Maio and his band with a new guitarist Karl Logan, with impressive virtuosity. The focus is the great hymn "Gods Made Heavy Metal", we note titles as number 1 and the power, the rest is more or less dispensable (always a piano piece or slow a bit ridiculous, but as we saw Eric Adams on stage and J de Maio is looking into her eyes, sitting, hand on shoulder, we said we've seen everything, but this is about their big brothers of metal).
