Very good: DATEV is used by many accountants to handle the accounts of clients. A DATEV interface is present, the transfer of data to the accountant so is not a problem. This is also in demand in the master data of the company immediately after the consultants data (Consultant number, accountant-name, client number). But he who does not enter this data has also not a problem as the tax advisor (I know of DATEV) may adjust the data.

Other functions in the program are payment transactions, the calculation of wage / fringe benefits, reminders etc.

CONCLUSION:

The Lexware program order billing + is well suited for daily use in almost every industry. By connecting to an online database (Haufe is for literature in the area of ​​tax law, etc. known) to clarify questions on legal issues quickly.

But the program will be definitely lined with lots of data to obtain appropriate evaluations. Whether the contractor has this many time, to use only a program, is the question. Because here is the data with which it does not make money, but only its invoicing obligation to comply! If the company has reached an appropriate size, the entrepreneurs will come probably not help to set an office worker who relieves him of working with this program.

I miss in the program to get you started to do one thing: to write invoices. A service provider has no goods, he must first buy and then calculate. For this he needs not only an offer, then an order confirmation, then a delivery until it finally comes to the bill. Here is often a more than in the other, without having to perform in writing protocol in a program.

Who writes only a few bills in the month, but otherwise does not take much to manage its contracts, this can also cope with similar spreadsheet and write programs. The tested program is oversized to and causes gray hair - and wasted time!

The program has been put to me for testing purposes. I have been actively involved with taxes and their administration and am of the opinion, "Faktura + Auftrag" is a good program for the internal management of services enterprises and craft enterprises of any industry - from a certain size!
